Simple past tense with negative (thì quá khứ đơn ở dạng phủ định):
 Structure :
• Đối với động từ “be”
 S+ wasn’t/ weren’t +O
* wasn’t = was not: không
* weren’t = were not: không
• Đối với động từ thường:
 S+ didn’t + V0+O
*didn’t = did not : không
Example : Our class went to the zoo, but I didn’t go to there yesterday.
He wasn’t absent from the school last semester. (That means he was never absent 
from school last semester.)

• Yes/No questions : that asks you that was true or false.

Answer:+ Yes, S did
 + No, S didn’t
