 GRAMMAR
1. So sánh hơn của tính từ ngắn
Chúng ta sử dụng dạng so sánh này khi chúng ta so sánh giữa HAI người, HAI vật hoặc HAI sự việc. 
 S + be + short adjective + er + than + noun/ pronoun
 (tính từ ngắn)
EX: + This table is higher than that one. Cái bàn này cao hơn cái bàn kia.
 + This eraser is older than the one on that table. Cục tẩy này cũ hơn cục tẩy ở trên bàn kia.
* Cách thêm đuôi er
- Thông thường trong dạng so sánh hơn của tính từ ngắn, chúng ta thêm đuôi er vào sau tính từ.
+ small --> smaller: Nhỏ hơn
+ long --> longer: Dài hơn
- Với tính từ ngắn tận cùng bằng e câm, chúng ta chỉ cần thêm r.
+ wide --> wider: Rộng hơn
+ large --> larger: To hơn
- Với tính từ ngắn tận cùng bằng một phụ âm trước đó là một nguyên âm, chúng ta gấp đôi phụ âm rồi 
thêm er.
+ big --> bigger: Lớn hơn
+ thin --> thinner: Mỏng hơn
- Một số tính từ HAI vần tận cùng bằng y, ow, er, le, et cũng áp dụng theo qui tắc trên. Trong trường 
hợp tận cùng là y nếu trước đó là một phụ âm thì biến y thành i rồi thêm er.
+ easy --> easier: Dễ hơn
+ narrow --> narrower: Hẹp hơn
+ simple --> simpler: Đơn giản hơn
So sánh hơn của tính từ dài:
 S + be + more + long adjective + than + noun/ pronoun
 (tính từ dài)
EX: Lan is more beautiful than her sister.
 This car is more expensive than that one( car)
* Trường hợp đặc biệt
Dưới đây là một số tính từ không theo qui tắc trên:
+ good --> better: Tốt hơn
+ bad --> worse: Tệ hơn
+ many/much --> more: Nhiều hơn
+ few --> fewer: Ít hơn
+ little --> less: Ít hơn
+ far --> farther/ further: Xa hơn
EX: + He's better than I am in English. Anh ấy giỏi tiếng Anh hơn tôi.
 + Today the weather is worse than it was yesterday. Hôm nay thời tiết tệ hơn ngày hôm trước.
2. So sánh nhất của tính từ ngắn
Chúng ta sử dụng dạng so sánh này khi so sánh nhiều người/vật/sự việc với nhau.
 S + be + the + short adjective + est + (noun/ pronoun)
 (tính từ ngắn) Viet nam is a beautiful country. There is a lot of rain, so the country is very green. There are big 
 forests and great rivers like the Red River and the Mekong River. There are a lot of lakes and 
 beautiful beaches in Nha Trang, Da Nang and Vung Tau. There aren’t any deserts in Viet Nam. 
 Sometimes the weather is very cold in the winter. The biggest city is Ho Chi Minh City but the 
 capital is Ha Noi. In Ha Noi, you can see Hoan Kiem Lake, Ngoc Son Temple and Uncle Ho 
 Mausoleum. In Ho Chi Minh City, you can visit Ben Thanh Market, Cu Chi and Dam Sen Park.
